Kimberly L. Pittman

Southeastern, North Carolina is a great place to live and work, which is why Kim Pittman chose to call it home. With roots in Oriental, NC, Kim Pittman came to the Wilmington area in 1990 and graduated from UNCW. Real estate is a passion for Kim Pittman which began in 1994, with a background as a Real Estate Appraiser and Mortgage Loan Officer, it is easy to see why countless clients have trusted Kim to navigate their real estate journey. 

Kim Pittman has been a part of the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage family since 2019 and is passionate about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. Kim Pittman volunteers with Martha's Kitchen and House of Mercy Food Bank and loves being a part of other Southeastern community events.
